Consignment

When you consign with us, we will asses the condition of the item, research pricing, take detailed picture, post on all our sales channels. When the item sells, we will process all the associated fees (credit card processing, ebay fees, shipping/handling fees, etc) and the profit will be split 60/40.

Buying/Selling

If you would like to purchase from us, you can contact us to find out more about local sales or you’re welcome to browse the online store and purchase anything you need. We offer fast shipping and quick turn around times.

If you would like to sell to us, we can stop by during your free consultation to possibly make you an offer for your items. We don’t typically buy items but sometimes, it’s in both our best interest to purchase it outright.

Services

Clean out

We will come by with our truck and muscle ready to work! We can clear out the entire space, or partial space. We can asses the items and pick items of value to sell through our consignment program, all other items will be recycled or donated to local people in need, unless otherwise specified. For Home Clean outs, we charge $75/hour.

Organization

Organization is an ongoing process. I have been working on the principals of Kaizen via 5S ( Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Many home owners don’t need all 5S steps and it is more for businesses but your space could still benefit from Custom Labeling, Organization, and Work flow Optimization. If you’re running a home business or just want to find your items more easily, we can come in and work with you to achieve the optimal conditions for your space and work habits. For Home Organization consulting, we charge $75/hour.

If you are a small to medium sized shop. You can optimize your space and improve efficiency by implementing 5S. With 15+ years experience in fast paced manufacturing, we know that organization and optimization is key to success.
